Import PDFs, EPUBs, and plain text
Yomite can import PDF, EPUB, and plain text files, extract the body text, and start reading it aloud. Textbook review sections, a paper’s Abstract/Methods/Discussion, internal documents — you can follow the content by ear instead of switching between paper and screen.
Playback speed is adjustable from 1.0× to 2.0×, and there are dedicated 10-second rewind and 30-second skip buttons, so you can immediately re-hear a line you missed.
Long-form web material works too
Long articles on sites like note, Qiita, Zenn, or Hatena Blog can be queued up by just pasting the URL. Yomite’s Web Reader extracts only the article body, so it never reads out ads or navigation.
